This smoothie? Basically a blueberry chocolate mood booster disguised as a post-workout flex that will totally keep you full till Dinner.

21g of protein, frozen blueberries, and raw cacao—because your muscles deserve fuel and your brain deserves a little bliss.

Fun fact: raw cacao has more antioxidants than blueberries. So technically, I’m double healing.

Ingredients

1/2 cup @pardesfarms frozen blueberries

1 banana

2 scoops protein powder

1 tsp. Raw cacao powder

2-3 pitted dates

1-2 cup ice

1/2 cup oat milk

Blend till smooth

Breakdown by Ingredient:

Protein powder (2 scoops): around 42g protein and 240–280 calories depending on the brand

Frozen blueberries (½ cup): 2g fiber and about 40 calories

Banana (1 medium): 3g fiber and 105 calories

Raw cacao powder (1 tsp): 1g fiber and 10 calories

Dates (2–3): 2–3g fiber and 90–120 calories

Unsweetened oat milk (½ cup): 1g protein and around 25 calories
