Sesame Tofu With Broccoli & Cauliflower
This is what you make for the best #vegetarian #fakeouttakeout Chinese Food. Did I mention it’s also all done on a baking sheet?Â
Been craving some good Chinese tofu take out but sadly none near me that can compete with this epic Sesame tofu  recipe.Â
And YES works on chicken also (just replace the tofu) .
I love using the @pardesfarms winter blend frozen bag of cauliflower and broccoli – it’s the perfect size and the cauliflower really soaks up the sauce deliciously.Â

For the Tofu:
1 extra firm tofu, Pat dry and sliced into cubes
3 tbsp. Corn starch
Tsp. Salt, pepper, garlic powder and dried parsley

1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup ketchup
1 tbsp. Rice vinegar
2 tbsp. Soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp water
Instructions

When you take out the sheet pan after 20 minutes. Pour the sauce over everything, toss it all together and then spread it back onto the sheet pan. Top with sesame seeds and put back in oven for another 20-25 minutes till done.Â
