Literally the easiest dinner to throw together that your family will love. Just make sure you have chips!

Love this recipe because it’s everything from my freezer and pantry and why I always have these things in stock.

This tastes like the best chili that’s cooked for hours on the stove top.

Ingredients

3 tbsp. Oil

1 cup diced @kosher_taste frozen onions

1 package @traderjoes fake ground meat

2 tsp. Sweet paprika

2 tsp. Smoked paprika

2 tsp. Garlic powder

2 tsp. Onion powder

2 tsp oregano

2 tsp. Chili powder

2 tsp. Cumin

1 tsp. Curry powder

Salt and pepper

1 pint chopped mushrooms

1 bag @kosher_taste sliced mixed peppers

1 cup frozen corn kernels

1 can black beans, drained

1 cup vegetarian baked beans

1 can (16 oz) diced potatoes

1 cup cooked rice (I used the microwave bags)

1 jar favorite tomato sauce

2 cups shredded mixed cheese

Instructions

In a large skillet layer everything.

Start with the oil and onions and then add the fake meat with half of the spices and mix well. Then layer the mushrooms, peppers, corn, beans and then the rest of the spices.

Top with the potatoes and rice. Spread out.

Then pour the tomato sauce over everything. Then layer the cheese.

Bake uncovered on 350F  for 45 minutes – 55 minutes.

Till golden and cooked
