Best Cucumber Salad recipe yet.  The trend that just keeps on giving! 

This one is a favorite I make all the time for Shabbat. And eat the leftovers all week long. It’s super refreshing and has all the flavor you want in a delicious crunchy salad. 

Ingredients

Scale

Recipe:

2-3 cucumbers or 1 large cucumbers, sliced thin

3 carrots, sliced thin

1 small red onion sliced thin

2 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Black pepper

1 tsp. Garlic powder

1 tbsp. Cumin

1 large lemon, zested and juiced

1/4 cup avocado oil

3 tbsp. Honey

1/4 cup sliced toasted almonds

Instructions

Throw everything in a container and shake well to mix. Then eat!
