Begolgi Tofu & Ramen 

Tastes like Meat, for real 🙏Next level Attachment that is so good you won’t believe it’s tofu! 

The whole thing takes about 15-20 minutes to make and will be gobbled up in less than 5 minutes. 

Ingredients

3-4 tbsp. Oil

Super extra Firm Tofu, patted dry and grated

For the spices (1 tbsp. each)

sweet paprika, smoked paprika, dried parsley, minced onions, and some chicken consume

2 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Black pepper.

For the sauce:

3-4 cloves @kosher_taste garlic, minced

1 cube @kosher_taste ginger

2-3 tbsp. Oil

2 tbsp. Sesame oil

1/4 cup teriyaki sauce (more if you like it saucier)

2 tbsp. Low sodium soy sauce

1 tbsp. Rice vinegar

1/4 cup brown sugar

Chili oil for garnish

Ramen noodles, cooked in hot water

Instructions

Mix your grated tofu with all the spices. 

In a large pan heated with oil, pan fry your tofu till slightly crispy on the bottom. (About 10-12 minutes) 

Push the tofu aside, add the oil and sesame oil. Then add the garlic and ginger and heat up for a minute or two. Then add all the other ingredients for the sauce and bring to a light simmer.

Then mix in the tofu and coat well with the sauce.

Add the ramen into the pan and mix.

Top with chili oil and serve
