POMEGRANATE CHALLAH ROLLS

May we have an abundance of blessing & goodness without end this Rosh Hashanah year!

Super simple hack to make these challah rolls and are perfect for your Yom Tov Table.

They freeze beautifully.

Ingredients

Rhodes Dough Dinner Rolls

Leeks

Honey

Egg

Instructions

Rhodes Frozen dinner rolls – defrost for about 4 hours (can totally use your own challah recipe and just make balls and let them rise)

Leeks – cut them in 1 inch logs and then push up with your finger till you can desperate the skins but mints in the cylinder shape.

Take a scissor and cut the top of the leek like a paper crown.

Then add egg with honey into a bowl, mix and then brush the tops of the challah roll with the egg wash.

Dip your leek crowns into the egg wash and adhere them to the top of the challah rolls

Garnish the challah with some raw sugar

Bake on 350F for about 20 minutes – till brown and golden

Enjoy!
