
Crispy Herb Flounder with Everything Bagel Cabbage Slaw
Dinner in 20 minutes that is light, super easy and absolutely delicious.Â
Ingredients
Instructions
For the Flounder:Â
3-4 pieces fresh flounderÂ
1/2 cup oilÂ
2 cubes  @pardesfarms frozen dillÂ
2 cubes @pardesfarms frozen basilÂ
2 cubes @pardesfarms frozen parsleyÂ
3 cubes @kosher_taste frozen garlicÂ
2 tbsp. Sweet paprikaÂ
2 tsp. SaltÂ
1 tsp. Black pepperÂ
1.5 cups panko crumbsÂ
For the EB Cabbage SLAWÂ
1 bag @kosher_taste shredded green cabbageÂ
Handful Micro GreensÂ
3-4 stalks scallions, choppedÂ
1 cup shredded carrotsÂ
1/2 cup toasted sunflower seedsÂ
2-3 tbsp. Everything bagel spiceÂ
1/4 cup coconut amino or soy sauceÂ
1 tbsp. MirinÂ
1/4 cup oilÂ
1 extra large lemon, juicedÂ
2-3 tbsp/ maple syrup (adjust to what you like)Â
Large pinch salt and pepperÂ
Notes
For the Flounder:
In a bowl mix the oil, all the herbs, garlic and paprika and salt and pepper. Then dip your flounder into the oil mixture, coat well. Then dredge in the panko crumbs coating the fish on both sides well.Â
Place on a well sprayed wire rack over a parchment lined baking sheetÂ
Bake on 400F for 15-18 minutes till doneÂ
For the Slaw:
Mix everything in a bowl very well.
Serve together and enjoyÂ
