Crispy Herb Flounder with Everything Bagel Cabbage Slaw

Dinner in 20 minutes that is light, super easy and absolutely delicious. 

Ingredients

Instructions

For the Flounder: 

3-4 pieces fresh flounder 

1/2 cup oil 

2 cubes  @pardesfarms frozen dill 

2 cubes @pardesfarms frozen basil 

2 cubes @pardesfarms frozen parsley 

3 cubes @kosher_taste frozen garlic 

2 tbsp. Sweet paprika 

2 tsp. Salt 

1 tsp. Black pepper 

1.5 cups panko crumbs 

For the EB Cabbage SLAW 

1 bag @kosher_taste shredded green cabbage 

Handful Micro Greens 

3-4 stalks scallions, chopped 

1 cup shredded carrots 

1/2 cup toasted sunflower seeds 

2-3 tbsp. Everything bagel spice 

1/4 cup coconut amino or soy sauce 

1 tbsp. Mirin 

1/4 cup oil 

1 extra large lemon, juiced 

2-3 tbsp/ maple syrup (adjust to what you like) 

Large pinch salt and pepper 

Notes

For the Flounder:

In a bowl mix the oil, all the herbs, garlic and paprika and salt and pepper. Then dip your flounder into the oil mixture, coat well. Then dredge in the panko crumbs coating the fish on both sides well. 

Place on a well sprayed wire rack over a parchment lined baking sheet 

Bake on 400F for 15-18 minutes till done 

For the Slaw:

Mix everything in a bowl very well.

Serve together and enjoy
