Apple  Cucumber Fennel Slaw  Salad – GOES WITH EVERYTHING! 

I give you the not so simple cucumber salad. 

One of my all time favorites that has a real twist with some thinly sliced fennel for more robust flavor and texture.

My secret weapon in this cucumber salad is the small thin sliced apples that give every bite that burst of sweetness that you really need. 

Making this salad the coolest, crispiest salad you ever made. Eat it with everything!! •

Ingredients

Ingredients

4-5 sliced thing round hit house cucumbers

1 fennel, diced small

1 large red onion sliced thin

2 apple crisp apples, thinly sliced

For the dressing:

3/4 cup mayo

4-5 leaves @kosher_taste Fresh Dill or parsley

1 juice of large lemon (or 2 small)

2 tsp. Apple cider vinegar

2 garlic cloves

2 tsp. Black ground pepper

2 tbsp. Maple syrup

Pinch salt

Instructions

Place all the salad ingredients into a bowl and mix.

Place all the dressing ingredients in a blender and process till smooth.

Add the dressing to the salad and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.

Garnish with more Fresh dill
