Ingredients
For the Meat Mixture:
1.5-2 lbs ground meat (I use a mixture of beef and chicken or just lamb)
Handful chopped parsley
1 red onion, diced small
Handful toasted pine nuts
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Salt and pepper each
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Onion salt
1.5 tsp. Sweet paprika
Tortilla wraps
For salad:
Diced tomatoes
Diced cucumbers
Diced peppers
Oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and lemon juice

Instructions
Mix all the meat ingredients together till combined.
Spread onto one side of your tortilla wrap.
Place another wrap on top.
Pan fry in oil for a few seconds till you get a little golden sear on both sides.
Transfer to baking sheet and bake on 350F for 10 minutes
Combine all your salad ingredients
Than use the arayas like a taco, spread the pickle dip, add the salad and some lettuce.
Drizzle with tahini and enjoy
