Ingredients
RECIPE:
4-5 dark chicken Capons, sliced into strips for skewers
For the spice rub:
2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
2 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tbsp. Minced onion
1 tbsp. Smoked paprika
1 tsp. Turmeric powder
For the Bang Bang Sauce
1/3 cup mayo
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp. Bbq sauce (I like the Smokey bbq sauce from baby rays)
1 tsp. Chili crisp
Instructions
In a Big bowl add the chicken slices with all the spice rub ingredients
Mix all together with your chicken slices until fully coated.
Add all the ingredients for the bang bang sauce into your bowl of spiced chicken and then coat the chicken very well with the sauce mixture.
Start making your skewers once fully coated.
Place them on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake on 400F for 25 minutes
EAT!
Can be made in advance. Fantastic hot or cold.
