
Blended Mango Custard Cake A No Egg Recipe

@kosher_taste frozen mango really makes this cake something special – but you can literally use any frozen fruit they have.
Ingredients
1 bag @kosher_taste frozen diced mango (it’s a 1lb bag) mangoes should be semi defrosted
1 cup sugar
1 cup plus 1/4 cup flour
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup milk (I used rich whip to keep it #nondairy)
1 tsp. Baking powder
Instructions
Throw everything in a blender and process till creamy smooth.
Throw it into a greased parchment lined spring form pan and bake at 350F for 28-30 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool completely
Garnish with confectioners sugar and eat!
