Ingredients
Recipe:
2 tsp. Oil
1 bag @pardesfarms rice cauliflower
1 tsp. Salt
Pinch black pepper
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
In a frying pan heat your oil and sauté your rice cauliflower for about 5-7 minutes. Add spices to it while cooking
Process your cottage cheese till creamy.
Turn off flame from pan and then mix in your creamy cottage cheese and shredded cheese.
Mix to combine.
Spray a parchment lined baking sheet, and then add dollops of the rice mixture to your tray.
Garnish with EB spice if you like and then bake in preheated 375F oven for 25 minutes
Let cool and then EAT
