Cheesecake Smoothie
Packed with protein this is a NO GUILT cheesecake treat.  Have it for breakfast or for an anytime snack!Â
This recipe makes 2 large ramekinsÂ
Ingredients
1 cup @kosher_taste fruit fusion frozen fruit
3 dates, pitted
8 oz Greek yogurt
1 large egg
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
Instructions
Throw all into a blender and blend till smooth.Â
Pour it into your ramekins and place on a baking sheet. Bake in 350F for about 20-25 minutes.Â
They should be firmish on top not jiggly.Â
Remove from oven and let cool completely in fridge.Â
Eat!Â
