Cheesecake Smoothie

Packed with protein this is a NO GUILT cheesecake treat.  Have it for breakfast or for an anytime snack! 

This recipe makes 2 large ramekins 

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup @kosher_taste fruit fusion frozen fruit

3 dates, pitted

8 oz Greek yogurt

1 large egg

1 tsp. Vanilla extract

Instructions

Throw all into a blender and blend till smooth. 

Pour it into your ramekins and place on a baking sheet. Bake in 350F for about 20-25 minutes. 

They should be firmish on top not jiggly. 

Remove from oven and let cool completely in fridge. 

Eat!
