Next level delicious and YOU MUST serve it with chips – this is meant to be a salad that you scoop!

No one does a picnic like a good Jewish Israeli mom. They are next level and I aspire to be like that  😂

Ingredients

For the Salad:

2-3 Persian cucumbers, diced

Handful of tomatoes, diced

1/2 red onion, diced

Handful of parsley, diced

1/2 cup can chickpeas, diced

1 cup black olives, diced

1 can tuna in oil (if you’re using water based tuna, drain the water and use just the tuna and add 2 tbsp. Oil)

2 tbsp. Mayonnaise

1 lemon juiced

Salt and pepper

2 tsp. @Kosher_taste garlic, minced

1 tsp. Onion salt

Instructions

Mix everything together in a bowl and then serve with chips of choice!
