Ingredients
RECIPE:
1 box Kinert Frozen Cranberry Oatmeal Cookie Dough
1 cup @kosher_taste frozen rhubarb
1 cup @kosher_taste frozen cranberries
1 cup @pardesfarms frozen blueberries
1 lemon zested and juiced
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup cornstarch
2 tsp. Cinnamon
Instructions
In a small baking dish, line one layer of the cookie dough and press down to form a crust.
Bake on 350F for 12-14 minutes
Remove and set aside
In a large bowl mix the rest of the ingredients together. Then pour the mixture into the baked cookie layer and press down.
Take the remaining no baked cookie dough and cover the top of the fruit with it.
Bake the whole thing again in 350F for another 40 minutes.
Let cool at least 80% before digging in!
