Ingredients
For the Meatballs:
1 slices of soft bread
1 large egg
1 pound ground beef
1 tsp . Garlic powder
1 tsp. Onion powder
Salt & Pepper
For the Pasta Sauce:
1 box pasta, cooked
3 Tbsp. Oil.
1 large onion, sliced
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black pepper
2 tsp. Sweet paprika
1 tsp. Smoked paprika
1 tsp. Onion powder
4 cubes @kosher_taste frozen garlic
4 cubes @pardesfarms frozen parsley
3 cubes @pardesfarms frozen scallions
2 cubes @pardesfarms frozen cilantro
1 can (12-13.5 oz) full fat coconut milk
Instructions
In a bowl, mix all your ingredients for the
Meatballs together. Then make your small bite size balls and set aside.
In a large baking dish, add your oil and spread out your onions. Then add your sundried tomatoes, meatballs and all the dried and frozen spices and mix well.
Cover with a wet parchment paper and cook on 375 F for 35 minutes and uncovered for 20 minutes.
Then remove from oven and mix. Add your
Cooked pasta and coconut milk and mix well.
Cover it for a few minutes and place back in the oven for 5 minutes . Then serve and eat!
