Literally a set it and forget recipe that you will be making over and over again for the family.

Truly delicious and takes almost zero effort

Perfect for that busy mom life we all have.

I normally serve it over rice or mash potatoes. But recently I served it over Ramen noodles and it was a huge hit. So do what you like!

Ingredients

2 small white onions, sliced

1 red onion, sliced

1 package @kosher_taste shredded white cabbage

2 pints enoki mushrooms – or any sliced mushrooms

1.5-2 lbs beef stew

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup honey

3 tbsp. Rice vinegar

1/4 cup tamari sauce

1/4 cup light brown sugar or coconut sugar

3-4 garlic cloves

1/2 tsp. Ginger powder

2 tbsp. Dried parsley

Salt and pepper to taste (usually add that after you cooked the dish )

Instructions

Throw everything into your sprayed crockpot that you’ve added 2 tbsp of oil to the bottom of first.

Then mix it all together. Cover and cook on high for about 6 hours or can cook on medium/low for 8 hours if needed.

Serve over rice, mashed potatoes or noodles.
