CROCKPOT COKE BRISKET

This is my go to family favorite brisket recipe for every holiday meal and then some. Makes for the best pulled brisket that I serve  over and over again in a hundred different ways over the #jewishholidays

This recipe is done in the crockpot – it’s a set it and forget it recipe and is actually awesome warmed up over and over

again. Just keep the liquid, and use a lot of sweet onions.

I ONLY USE 2nd cut brisket ! If you use any other cut I don’t want to hear about it LOL.  Also, I ONLY use REAL COKE & or REAL DR. PEPPER (which I also love the added flavor of) sorry not sorry!

This whole dish is just absolutely the best. Save the recipe it’s a winner!

Ingredients

Scale

RECIPE:

2-3 big white onions, sliced

3-4 LB 2nd cut brisket

2 tbsp sweet paprika

2 tbsp. Your favorite coffee rub spice

2 cans of real Coke

2/3 cup sweet Baby rays bbq sauce (or your favorite brand) I also use the hickory brown sugar flavor.

Instructions

Add everything to the crockpot and cook on high for a minimum of 4 hours – I usually do overnight though on low. (10-12) hours.
