Be your OWN UBER EATS!  This is how you make your own delicious crunchy salmon bites with little to no effort. Not only do they taste better than anything you can order, but for the same price as one bowl, you can meal prep for 4 bowls .

One of my favorite things to have in the fridge during the week.

Ingredients

Salmon Fillet, no skin cut into large cubes

1 container of @goldentastesalads toasted sesame dip

1 cup cornflake crumbs

2 tbsp. Dried parsley

1/4 cup Tasted black sesame seeds

2 red onions, sliced

Instructions

In a bowl, add your salmon bites and then coat them fully with the toasted sesame dip very well.

In a separate plate, mix together your cornflake crumbs, parsley and sesame seeds.

Then dredge your covered salmon bites In the cornflake mixture till your salmon cube is fully  coated. Repeat with all the salmon cubes.

On a baking sheet, that has been lined with parchment paper and sprayed well with oil, add and spread out your sliced onions.

Then place a baking rack over the onions and spray it well.

Place your salmon cubes onto the rack. Spray the tops well with oil.

Bake in 350F oven for 20 minutes.

Remove and now you have the best salmon to add to your homemade salmon bowls.

These will keep in the fridge for a week in a tightly sealed container. Or they can be frozen and reheated.
