Shockingly Delicious! And so super easy to make!

This one surprised me but people were raving about it and I had to try it! And let me tell you we loved it and will definitely be making it again. The pickles were next level and so good when you eat it with the roast!

Even Better its all done in a crockpot!

It taste like a delicious pot roast that has a hint of that tangy pickle flavor and its very hard to describe exactly but my whole family really love it and it makes for fantastic leftovers.

Ingredients

Scale

Recipe:

1 chuck roast

1 bag Lipton Ranch dressing mix

1 bag simple organic brown gravy mix or 2.5 tbsp. Beef Soup Mix

1 small jar Baby Dill pickles

1 cup pickle juice

1 cup water

Instructions

Throw it all into the crockpot and set on low for 10 hours or on high 4-5 hours. Mid way  through cooking turn the roast over and baste with the juices and continue to cook.

I serve it shredded with all the pickles.

Enjoy!
