
Dirty Queso Fries
Cottage cheese on fries?! I know, I know… but trust me—this one’s a game changer. 💥
We’re talking high-protein queso made from blended cottage cheese, poured over crispy @kosher_taste crinkle fries (aka one-cut, real potato magic), and topped with seasoned tofu taco crumble.
Messy, melty, and shockingly healthy-ish.
Even the kids asked for seconds. Even I was surprised.

Ingredients
1 bag @kosher_taste Crinkle Fries
For the Cottage Cheese Queso:
1/2 cup high protein cottage cheese
2 tsps. of Taco Seasoning ( I used a dash of each, paprika, smoked paprika, Trader Joe’s coffee rub, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt and pepper)
1 cup shredded mixed cheese
1 cup hot water
For the Queso Fake Meat Topping :
1 onion diced
2 tbsp. Oil
1 bag @kosher_taste sliced peppers
2 tbsp. Taco seasoning ( I used a dash of the above spices again from the Cheese Queso and added a little, dried parsley, cumin and curry)
1 package Tradwr Joe’s groundless beef
3 tbsp. Tomato paste
2 tbsp. Maple syrup
Instructions
Bake or Fry The Crinkle fries according to directions on package.Â
For the Cottage Cheese Queso :
Add everything to blender and blend till smooth.Â
For the Queso Fake Meat Topping :
Sauté everything in a large frying pan for about 10-12 minutes till done.
Top your baked Crinkle fries with everything .Â
