
Fried Rice Shakshuka
Just found your new lazy summer dinner hero: Fried Rice Shakshuka – and YES, it’s as good as it sounds. I used leftover rice, @Goldentastesalads chunky tomato dip, a spoonful of garlic confit, and eggs right on top. Fast, easy, and totally addictive. One pan, no fuss, and the whole family devoured it.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice
1 container of @goldentastesalads tomato dip
1 container of @goldentastesalads chunky tomato dip
Tbsp. Of @goldentastesalads garlic confit
Ketchup
Eggs
Chopped parsley or cilantro
Grated Parmesan
If you don’t have the dips – just use either 1 cup of tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
And some minced garlic
Instructions
Mix the rice with the dips and garlic till well combined.Â
In a large frying pan, add oil and then spread out the rice in the hot oil in the pan. Then add ketchup and spread on topÂ
. Let cook for 10 minute
Using the back of. Spoon, make a dent in the rice and then pour in a large egg.Â
Repeat with as many eggs as you want.Â
Cover loosely  and cook for another few minutes.
Remove from heat and then garnish with the parsley and Parmesan.Â
