Frozen Peach Cake Crumble

No reviews

You only need frozen peaches and one bowl to make this buttery, cozy crumble cake — and yes, it tastes like summer and grandma’s cobbler had a baby.

No mixer. No fuss. Just warm caramelized edges, gooey peach filling, and a crisp crumble that will have everyone asking for the recipe.

Serve it warm with vanilla ice cream or eat it cold for breakfast (no judgment).

Save it, share it, make it. You won’t regret it.

Ingredients

For the base:

2 bags @kosher_taste frozen Peach slices (no need to thaw!)

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

For the cake: (if you like it more cakes – double the batter)

1 cup all purpose flour

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup nut milk

1/4 cup neutral oil

1 tsp vanilla

For the crumble topping:

1/2 cup flour

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup oil

Pinch of salt

Optional: chopped pecans or oats for crunch

Instructions

Bake your Frozen Peach Crumble Cake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35  minutes.

Here’s how to know it’s done:

  • The crumble topping should be golden brown.
  • The peach filling should be bubbling at the edges.
  • If you gently press the center, it should feel set but soft (not wet or jiggly).
  • A toothpick inserted into the cake part (not peach) should come out with just a few moist crumbs.
