Ingredients
For the base:
2 bags @kosher_taste frozen Peach slices (no need to thaw!)
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
For the cake: (if you like it more cakes - double the batter)
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup nut milk
1/4 cup neutral oil
1 tsp vanilla
For the crumble topping:
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup oil
Pinch of salt
Optional: chopped pecans or oats for crunch
Instructions
Bake your Frozen Peach Crumble Cake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes.
Here’s how to know it’s done:
- The crumble topping should be golden brown.
- The peach filling should be bubbling at the edges.
- If you gently press the center, it should feel set but soft (not wet or jiggly).
- A toothpick inserted into the cake part (not peach) should come out with just a few moist crumbs.
