
Garlic Caesar Cabbage & Noodles
Just took a childhood favorite side dish and made it the main meal.
But next time I’m gonna add the fried onions 🙏🏻
This was soo good. And the best Pareve Garlic Ceaser dressing that goes with everything.
Ingredients
For the Cabbage:
2 bags @kosher_taste pre shredded cabbage (or one XL cabbage head, shredded)
Oil
Salt and pepper
For the Non Dairy Caesar Dressing
1 container of @goldentastesalads roasted garlic dip (sub with 2/3 cup mayo, 3 cloves minced garlic and 1/2 lemon juiced)
2 tbsp. Honey mustard
1 tbsp. Honey
3 tsp. Soy sauce
1 lemon juiced
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tbsp. Dried parsley
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup chopped cashews
Instructions
For the Cabbage:
Lay the cabbage on a greased baking sheet. Generously add oil, salt and pepper and mix well.
Bake on 400F for 20 minutes. Then mix well and bake for another 20-25 minutes till slightly char on top.
Remove and set aside
For the Non Dairy Caesar Dressing:
Mix all together for the dressing
In a large bowl add the cabbage to the dressing with the egg noodles and mix well and eat warm or room temp.
