Holy Potato Blintz!!! Ok so i have no idea why i was dreaming and craving knishes the other day, but when i found these 2 boxes of @goldentastesalads potato blitzes from Shavon’s that i never ended serving… a light bulb went and i had a stroke of genius!
What if i baked then and just BLING them up with all the toppings and creamy goodness what would i get?
Well ya know me by now… i had to try it. And like i said, HOLY BLINTZES🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Ingredients
2 boxes @goldentastesalads potato blintzes
1 cup fried onion
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
Layer the fried onions on the bottom of a baking dish
Add the potato’s blintzes top with mushroom and cheese. Pour the cream over everything and bake on 400F for 20-24 minutes till cheese melts and turns golden.
Eat and enjoy
