Juicy Kuftas
Truly all year round – these are my go to  item I make for .Â
They are fantastic for snacking or travel.
They freeze beautifully and are delicious in a lettuce wrap or chopped up into salads or eaten whole with some mashed potatoes .Â
Key steps to making them juicy.Â
Using zucchini shredded – can do in processor or with a grater – adds flavor and moisture – better then eggs or any liquidÂ
And the baking soda – truly tenderizes the meatÂ
One of my favorite recipes – winner for the whole family.Â
