KOL TUV SALAD (all is good) roasted Cauliflower & Tahini dressing salad that will rock your world. Inspired by the @caferimon salad in Israel.

We were addicted to this salad on our last trip a few weeks ago and I have been making it on repeat since we are back.

Can I just say… I think my version is way better. Yup I said that! 🤣❤️🙌🏻

Super easy to make, lasts a good few days in the fridge and uses all my 𝕗𝕒𝕧𝕠𝕣𝕚𝕥𝕖 ingredients.

Ingredients

RECIPE:

1 bag @pardesfarms frozen cauliflower florets that has been roasted on a baking sheet with some Oil, salt and pepper.

1.5-2 cups Leftover Israeli couscous mixed with Farro (you can use any grain, like rice or buckwheat even. I like to warm it up a little in the pan before throwing in salad)

3-4 Persian cucumbers, diced

2-3 stalks scallions, diced

1 container @goldentastesalads chickpeas

For the dressing:

1 container @goldentastesalads Tahini

3 tbsp. Honey

1 tsp turmeric

Pinch black pepper

Instructions

Mix all together and pour over salad ingredients and eat!
