Loaded Meatloaf 

Full of the GOOD STUFF. This is moist and delicious and full of flavor and actually very very easy to put together, you just need to do a little chopping. 

  • Yield: 2 loaves 1x

Ingredients

RECIPE:

2 lbs ground beef

1 large onion, diced

1 pint mushrooms, diced

1 bag @kosher_taste diced peppers

1 tsp. Salt

2 tsp. Black pepper

1 tbsp. Sweet paprika

1 tsp. Garlic powder

1 tbsp. Dried parsley

2 large eggs

2 large egg yolks

1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs

1/4 cup ketchup

2 tbsp. Honey

3 tbsp. Mustard

2 tbsp. Soy sauce

1/3 cup oil

1/4 cup non dairy sour cream

Make the glaze:

1/2 cup ketchup

1/3 cup sugar

2 tbsp. Mustard

2 tsp. Soy sauce

Instructions

Mix everything thing together in a large bowl till fully combined. 

On a paper lined baking sheet that has been sprayed well, form your two meat loaves. 

Spray the tops with oil and bake on 375F for 40 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool slightly to glaze.

Mix well, and then top the with the glaze. Put back in oven for 15 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. 

Freezes beautifully.
