When your breakfast tastes like mango ice cream but it’s secretly packed with protein, fiber, chia andflax… you know it’s has my name written all over it!

Say hello to my new summer obsession: the Frozen Mango Chia Pudding Lassi.

It’s tropical, it’s creamy, it’s spoonable, and it’s got your gut health covered without sacrificing flavor (or fun).

EASY, no nonsense—just real food magic that works harder than your morning coffee.

Ingredients

(makes 2 portions)

1 bag @kosher_taste frozen Mango, defrosted

1 scoop protein powder (optional)

2 tsp. Flax seeds

1 tbsp. Honey

4 tbsp. Chia seeds

1 cup (about) Oat milk or nut milk

Instructions

In a blender, blend the mango, protein powder, flax seeds and honey till smooth.

Then in 2 containers that have lids, add 2 tbsp chia seeds to each and then top with half the mango puree.

Mix well. Add 1/2 cup of the milk to both containers and close the cover and shake well.

Place in fridge overnight.
