legit a flavor bomb of a dessert that is perfect at the end of any meal – especially a heavier one.

So easy to make and what I am serving this Sukkot. It can be done with any frozen fruit.

Super easy to make and can be done in advance.

I use @kosher_taste frozen mango that I love and just totally defrost before I purée.

Don’t skip the lime zest in sugar – it’s addictive and when I make this again, I’m gonna put it in layers as I feel the cup.

Ingredients

Scale

RECIPE:

2 bags (2lbs) diced frozen @kosher_taste mango, defrosted

16 oz non dairy whip

1/3 cup confectionary sugar (heaping cup)

1/4 cup sugar

34 limes zested

Instructions

In a blender, pure the mango until smooth and then strain into a bowl.

In a separate bowl whip up your non dairy whip with the confectionary sugar till stiff peaks.

Gently fold in the mango purée into the whip until you have a velvety smooth batter.

Fill up your cups and then top with the sugar mixed with the lime zest.

Refrigerate for a minimum of three hours or overnight.

If making in advance, just store in freezer and defrost about 30 minutes before serving.
