Maple Mustard Salmon

Crazy Simple Crazy Yum.

Makes the best cold leftover nibbles when your standing in the kitchen cleaning up after the meal 😂

Ingredients

Scale

3-4 large onions, sliced thin and round

1 (2-3lb) salmon fillet skin on

Salt, pepper, minced garlic

1/2 cup good quality mustard

1/4 cup of maple syrup (more if you like sweeter)

1 bunch fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

Prep a baking sheet with parchment paper and drizzle generously with olive oil.

Add the onions to the pan and spread out. Season onions with more oil, salt and pepper.

Lay the Salmon fillet skin side down on top of the onions.

Season salmon with salt, pepper and minced garlic.

Mix together the mustard and maple syrup.

Brush all of it on over the top of the salmon.

Top it with fresh parsley.

Bake in 350F for 35-40 minutes
