
Marror Aioli Baked Chicken
Give me all the Horseraddish ⭐️ kosher for Passover
This is what I make with all the leftover extra Marror (white grated horseradish ) we have left from either the fresh grated , which we haven’t made since @goldentastesalads came out with those jarred one.
Buying it ore grated is such a game changer.
I make the horseradish aioli and this Marror chicken. Super delicious can be made with any cut of Chicken or on a whole chicken like I do.
Because the leftover chicken also makes for great chicken salad.
Ingredients
Recipe.
Oil
Salt, pepper, dried parsley
Thinly sliced potatoes (about 1/2 inch thick)
1 package pear onion m
1 whole chicken
For the Marror aioli
1/2 cup mayo
1 heaping tbsp. @goldentastesalads grated horseradish
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp. Dried parsley
1 tbsp. @kosher_taste horseradish
1 small lemon juiced
Instructions
On a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, generously oil the bottom of the tray.
Season with salt, pepper and dried parsley.
Then add the sliced potatoes to the tray covering the whole bottom. Then add the onions
Make your horseradish sauce by coming and whisking all the ingredients together till smooth.
Then place your whole chicken in. Enter of pan on top of potatoes.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and totally shmear it.
Bake uncovered in oven for 90 minutes. Flip chicken over the last 30 minutes
Remove when chicken is golden and done
