Love this recipe so much and is a fantastic elevated meal worthy to serve at any holiday table.

Super easy to make, and actually gets better each time you serve it!

Ingredients

RECIPE:

4-5 chicken legs

1.5 lbs beef stew

1 cup flour

1/4 cup oil

1 large onion, sliced

1 bag paper potatoes, sliced in half

Salt and pepper

2 tbsp. Sweet paprika

2 tsp. Turmeric

1 tbsp. Minced onion

2 tsp. Garlic powder

1 tbsp. Cumin

6-8 sun dried tomatoes

7-8 pitted dates

1 bottle beer (larger size)

1.5 cups water

Honey

Instructions

Dredge your meat and chicken in the flour coating well all over. Hear your oil in a large heavy duty pot and pan fry your meat and  chicken on both sides till slightly golden (2-3 minutes) and then remove.

Add a little more oil to your pan and start deglazing it with your wooden spoon. Add in your onions and mix well. Season generously with salt and pepper and add in half your beer bottle. Let the onions cook down for 5 minutes.

Then add the rest of your spices. Mix well. Add your potatoes in to the pot and mix. Then add in your sun dried tomatoes and dates. Add a little more salt and pepper and then put back in your meat.

Pour in the rest of the beer and water. Cover and bake on 350F for 1 hour.

Remove from oven, uncover and glaze the top of the meat with honey and then mix. Cover the pot again and return to the oven for another 35-45 minutes.

Remove and let rest for a few minutes before mixing and serving.
