Ingredients
10 large eggs
1/2 cup high protein cottage cheese
8oz. Shredded cheese
1 cup @pardesfarms broccoli florets, diced
1 small red onion, diced
2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black pepper
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Onion powder
Instructions
Mix all together in a large bowl. Line a mini muffin tin and fill the cup to the top with the batter.
Bake on 350F for 30 minutes till golden and done.
These freeze beautifully. Can be eaten cold and warm.
