Ingredients
3 tbsp oil
1 2/3 cup rice
2 tsp. Garlic powder
2 tsp. Onion powder
2 tsp. Curry powder
1 tsp. Smoked paprika
1 tsp. Sweet paprika
1 tbsp. Dried parsley
2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black pepper
4 cubes @pardesfarms frozen scallions
1 bag @pardesfarms mini broccoli florets, defrosted
Drizzle of honey
32 oz. Chicken broth
4-6 tbsp. Margarine or butter
Instructions
In a large pan, add the oil, raw rice, all the spices, the frozen scallion cubes and the broccoli and mix well together.
Spread it out in the pan.
Then drizzle a little bit of honey all over and then cover the whole thing with the chicken broth.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes on 350F
Take the pan out of the oven (it will be still watery and mostly uncooked). Mix everything, then add the margarine on top.
Cover with foil and cook for another 30 minutes till done.
Remove from oven and let sit for a few minutes before uncovering.
Then uncover and fluff the rice with fork and then serve.
