Ingredients
RECIPE For Chicken Marinate:
Chicken tenders
2 tbsp. Stone ground mustard
1/4 cup mayo
3 tbsp. Honey
1 tbsp. Sesame oil
1 tbsp. Avocado oil
2 tbsp. Dried parsley
2 tsp. Garlic powder
2 tsp. Curry powder
1 large lemon zested
For the Hot Honey Mustard Glaze:
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp. Stone ground mustard
1 tsp. Oil
Instructions
Mix together the chicken tenders marinate ingredients in a large bowl till chicken is fully coated. Then prep your skewers with the coated chicken. (Wet your skewers first)
Grill on a BBQ or bake in oven till chicken is golden and cooked through.
Remove and then squeeze the lemon juice from the zested lemon all over the chicken.
Then glaze with hot honey mustard sauce full coating the hot chicken with the glaze and letting it soak it all in.
Then eat!
