Ingredients
4 Pears, diced
6 pitted dates, chopped
1/2 cup water
1 bag mini chocolate chips (286 grams)
2 tbsp. Tahini paste
Instructions
Add your pears and dates to a sauce pan with the water and cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes till the pears soften.
Turn off the heat and add the chocolate chips and mix with spatula till melted.
Then add the tahini and mix well.
Take a hand blender and blend till pretty smooth.
Pour into a parchment lined dish and smooth out. Refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 4-5 hours.
Can even serve semi frozen for an ice cream like dessert.
