NO FAIL MINUTE STEAK ROAST RECIPE ⭐️

Legit the recipe that I make when I just want the best Friday Night Dinner – no fail recipe.

It’s super easy. But does NEED TIME. So best to do it when you are home and close to the kitchen for a few hours.

A meat thermometer is a MUST.

It’s soft and juicy and almost melt in your mouth – but still held together!

And can we just talk about ALL THE ONIONS and gravy after. So good we eat it out of the pot with a spoon!

Can make it with chick roast also if you don’t like minute roast – but let me tell you – it’s sooo good with minute roast!

4 large onions, sliced

3 tbsp. Oil

34 lb Minute steak Roast

For The Coffee Rub:
1/2 cup brown sugar

2 tsp. Garlic powder

2 tsp. Onion powder

2 tsp. Cumin

2 tsp. Sweet paprika

2 tsp. Smoked paprika

1 Tbsp. Salt

2 tsp. Black pepper
