No Flour Tahini Vanilla Chocolate Chip Muffins

I cracked the code to my favorite healthy cafe muffins and I couldn’t be more excited! 

Literally saving myself a host loaf of money and now sharing with all of you! 

Super easy to make and truly delicious. 

Next up the double chocolate chip one! 

Ingredients

These only yield 6

1 cup Raw Tahini paste (mix well)

1/2 cup maple syrup

2 tsp. Vanilla extract

2 large eggs

1/2 tsp. Baking soda

1 tsp. Salt

Chocolate chips

Instructions

Mix everything but the chips in a a large bowl with a spatula until you have a nice gloopy batter. Add the chocolate chips and combine.

Add paper cups to your muffin tray and fill each cup up to the top with the batter. 

Bake on 350F for 18 minutes till golden. 

Rotate muffin pan half way while baking.
