Ingredients
Recipe:
1 box cooked pasta (reserve 1 cup pasta water)
1 whole clove garlic
1 large onion, diced
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
1 bag @kosher_taste diced peppers
1.5 cups cashew halves
Salt & pepper
Oil (I used avocado)
Instructions
In a baking dish add a generous amount of oil to bottom of pan. Then add all the veggies and the cashews.
Drizzle a bit more oil on top and season with the salt and pepper and bake on 350F for 40 minutes. Make sure to mix it half way through.
Then add all your ingredients to the blender with the pita water and blend till smooth. Pour into the baking dish, add your cooked pasta and mix. Then enjoy and eat!
