🦃🦃 ONE PAN GARLIC APLLE TURKEY: how I make Turkey for the holidays that not only saves me time in the kitchen, is cheaper then a whole bird, I barley have leftovers it’s that good and Stupid Simple! 🦃🦃

Ingredients

Turkey Pieces (whatever your family likes best)

3-4 whole white onions, cut in half

3-4 honey crisp apples, sliced in half

4-5 whole garlics, tops sliced off

1 block of vegan plant based butter, softened (I use @violife_foods plant based pareve butter)

Handful of fresh herbs (sage, thyme, rosemary)

Salt and pepper

1/4 cup honey

Instructions

In a large pan, coat the bottom with oil very well. Then lay out your onions and apples cut side down. Then add your garlic heads cut side up. Place your Turkey pieces in the pan around.

In a separate bowl, Add your garlic cloves and the plant based butter and season with salt and pepper well. Add about 1/4 cup honey and mix well.

Then stuff the inside of the thighs with this butter and then spread over all the tops of the rest of the Turkey pieces coating very well.

Add the fresh herbs all over and then add another generous sprinkle of salt all over.

Cover completely with foil and bake on 350F for 1.5 hours

Then uncover and bake for another 1.5 hours till your Turkey is golden and cooked.

Eat like this or use the drippings with the fruit and onions and garlic to make a gravy with some flour and broth.
