Ingredients
Oil 4-5 Yukon gold potatoes, sliced in half
1 large onion, sliced
3-5 garlic cloves
1 container @goldentastesalads Bella onion dip
Salt
Dried parsley
4-5 Chicken thighs
1 container @goldentastesalads sweet onion dip
Instructions
Drizzle oil in deep oven dish
Add your potatoes skin cut side down
Add your onions and garlic on top.
Season with salt and parsley.
Add the Bella onion dip on top and spread out:
Then add the chicken on top and then smother it in the sweet onion dip.
Bake on 350F for about 90 minutes till all golden and delicious (uncovered)
Then eat!
Notes
For a sub to the dips:
Sauté some diced mushrooms in oil for 20-25 minutes till caramelized and cooked.
Add them to 1 cup mayo, with 1 packet of onion soup mix. Mix it well and then use that as your Bella dip.
For the sweet onion dip:: mix cooked caramelized onions with mayo and a small touch of teriyaki sauce
