
Passover Butter Cookies
Tradition in my house whenever I am with my grandmother. We both love these so much. There melts in your mouth, are not to sweet and a delicious treat with your morning coffee . I actually eat these all year round.

1 cup Confectionary Sugar
3 sticks Breakstones Salted Butter (KFP) , melted
4 1/2 C. Pot Starch
2 cup almond flour
Instructions
Directions:Â
Add everything to a large bowl and mix with your hands till combined and the dough sticks well enough to form a ball.Â
Take small dollops of dough, roll into ping pong size balls. Flatten in between palm of your hands and place on parchment lined baking sheet .Â
To mark it as dairy, use fork to make indentation.Â
Bake on 325° for about 20 minutes – longer if you want crispy edges.Â
Makes 30 cookies more if you roll them smallerÂ
