Tradition in my house whenever I am with my grandmother. We both love these so much. There melts in your mouth, are not to sweet and a delicious treat with your morning coffee . I actually eat these all year round.

Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients

1 cup Confectionary Sugar

3 sticks Breakstones Salted Butter (KFP) , melted

4 1/2 C. Pot Starch

2 cup almond flour

Instructions

Directions:

Add everything to a large bowl and mix with your hands till combined and the dough sticks well enough to form a ball.

Take small dollops of dough, roll into ping pong size balls. Flatten in between palm of your hands and place on parchment lined baking sheet .

To mark it as dairy, use fork to make indentation.

Bake on 325° for about 20 minutes – longer if you want crispy edges.

Makes 30 cookies more if you roll them smaller
