Ingredients
RECIPE:
1 bag @kosher_taste frozen peas & carrots (microwave 1 min)
1 large egg
1/2 cup flour (or GF blend)
1 cup shredded cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp @kosher_taste garlic, minced
Black pepper
Handful of @kosher_taste chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Mix. Scoop. Place on a Parchment lined baking sheet that has been sprayed.
Spray the tops and then Bake on 350F for 20-25 minutes.
Optional garlic yogurt dip:
1/2 cup Greek yogurt + 1 grated garlic clove + 1 tbsp lemon juice + salt
Serve hot, or eat cold straight from the fridge like a gremlin. No judgment.
