
Pot Luck Jambalaya
It’s a throw it in your pot and  it will all work dinner recipe. Soo good! Do not be afraid!!Â
Ingredients
1 package sausages, sliced
1 onion sliced
2 tbsp oil
1 lb ground chicken
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup French fried onions
1 egg
2 tsp. Salt,
1 tsp. Paper
2 tsp. Dried parsley
2 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 bag @kosher_taste mixed frozen peppers
1 can baked beans
1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
In a large frying pan or pot, saute the onions and add the sausages. While they saute, make the meatballs, by adding the chicken, crumbs, fried onions and egg in a bowl. Mix well, form the meatballs and add to frying pan.Â
Then add rest of spices on top.Â
Then add the frozen pepper and baked beans to the pan.
Pour in the broth, cover and let cook on low for 20 minutes.Â
Uncover and put on high for 10 minutes.
Serve with rice or couscous.
