Bright & Zesty, full of that big  Knock out Herby Creamy flavor. It’s a party in your mouth!

One of my favorite salads (or are we calling this slaw?) to serve at every meal during the holidays

It literally goes with everything.

Ingredients

RECIPE:

1 small head of cabbage, sliced thin

2 honey crisp apples, sliced super thin

1 red onion, sliced thin

1 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

(I also sometimes add sliced fennel and sliced cucumbers and sunflower seeds – if you want ideas to change it up through out your meals)

3 Herb Poppy Seed Dressing :

Handful of fresh parsley, mint and dill, chopped

1/4 cup avocado oil

2 tbsp sesame oil

1 large lemon, zested

2 lemons, juiced

2 tbsp: poppy seeds

1 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)

1 cup water

2 garlic cloves, grated

2/3 cup mayonnaise

3 tbsp. Soy sauce

Pinch of black pepper

Pinch of salt to taste

Instructions

Whisk everything together till smooth. Pour over the cabbage salad. Really mix the salad well until the cabbage is fully coated. Let sit for 30 minutes before serving.
