What I make for Dinner when I am Just DONE with everyone and thing 🙈😜

Today was a doozy. Grateful for everything but sometime you’re just BONE TIRED, yet you still have to make dinner, not because take out is not an option, but more, take out is not what you really crave.

This 30 minute cook time but 5 minute prep time SHEETPAN shwarma is everything I need to ended the day on a better note. 

So delicious and can be eaten in a pita, plain like this or ontop of a salad. Also makes for a really pretty appetizer if you’re looking for something in that area (FYI) 

Super easy with @pardesfarms frozen veggies and there new frozen herbs (you gotta check them out!) 

Ingredients

1 bag @pardesfarms frozen mini cauliflower

1 lb chicken cutlets, cut into small cubes

1 red onion, diced small

3 cubes @pardesfarms frozen parsley

1 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Black pepper

3 tbsp. Sweet paprika

2 tbsp. Zaatar spice

4 tbsp. Maple syrup

3 tbsp. Avocado oil

Instructions

Mix everything  together very well, make sure the cauliflower and chicken are well coated. 

Spread it out on a parchment lined baking sheet. 

Bake in 400F for 30 minutes

Serve ontop of Tahini
